where is the quality?



The world is going to a direction that we must pay attention carefully. Everybody knows that we are in a era with beautiful technology, dynamic time, prices is decreasing and companies are making a lot of Money but in the other hand we are not seeing that quality is more important than quantity. Today quantity is over quality and this could bring a bad result in the future.
Today we have a huge number of bad colleges all around the world only interesting in have a lot of students to make money. They don’t have difficult tests and they can go easily to the market. But do you think the students are prepared to take risks and contribute to reach the company’s goal? I don’t think so. The world needs people with passion, focus, objective and quality. At the same time that we see big companies with thousands of people working we can also see thousands being fired. The rotation is huge. If I were a CEO I would prefer a short and qualified team than a big disqualified team. Quality is very important. Today, when you go to a doctor they only checked you for 10 minutes and they send you to make a lot of exams. They need to make money than they need more time to exam more people. Everything is quantity not quality. The patient suffers with the no resolute system. Doctor disqualified + lot of exams – time = More money and patient not satisfied.
The best professional of the future will be the one that stay focused in the problem until it conclude. They will give the real attention to the problem and he will be objective. Company could give the same treinament for each person but who will survive will be the one that knows each part of the process.
Malcom Gladweel at the New Yorker Conference made a presentation about the Future Genius and he has a point of view that we are coming back with the old dictation “ The enemy of the perfection is the velocity”. He thinks that to be the best you have to train everyday and to be focus. If you do that you will be the best. Today child can’t stay focus in one thing. They want to do many things at the same time. They watch TV, surf in to the Internet, talk with a friend in the phone and eat at the same time. The world is getting crazy and amateurish. Nothing is so deep. With the Internet we can understand the news just reading the title. We can only see deep stuffs in books and magazine, but people prefer the velocity of Internet and TV.
If I had your attention until now is a miracle because you have many things to do. But remember during your day about Quantity and Quality and reach to be the best.

We are entering in a new age where communication is taking another format. We are in a era where communication is not the TV, Radio, Internet, Magazine or other thing. The future of communication will be everything together in just one thing. Mobile phone. Today you can do everything in its phone. With the mobile you can talk with your costumer any time anywhere. Location is not the problem. There is one statistic that shows in 2012 the number of people using mobile in the world will be 50%. Companies like Nokia and Apple saw the opportunity in this trend to increase your results. There is one sector in Nokia called insight and innovation. They search new social potential of mobile technology and trends in mobile design. They developed the Nokia lifeblog, a digital photo album tool designed with mobile phone photographers and bloggers in mind, and Nokia Sensor, a spontaneous, sociable application - for spontaneous, sociable people. Sensor is a totally new way of communicating with people within your vicinity, for example in cafés, get-togethers, buses and trains. No matter where you are, connect and communicate with other Sensor users around you and widen your social circle. With Sensor you can create your own personal pages - called a folio - on your phone. You can also check out the folios of other Sensor users nearby, exchange messages, and share files.
Apple created the I-phone with a revolutionary design and including all your computer programs. The mobile phone is a mix of I-pod and Mac book. You can download music, movies and TV shows from i-tunes direct for your I-phone.
Many companies in Japan saw the opportunity to use the mobile phone as a way to pay the public transportation. Other companies are creating partnership with other sector to offer discounts in some stores. For example in Europe if you walk with your Bluetooth on, you have a huge chance to receive a SMS with discount in some Mc Donald’s. Now all mobiles phone are coming with GPS system and this make this kind of communication easy to do. In Brazil a Health Care company use the SMS to communicate with its brokers. The company sends a message showing how much money the broker has to receive after he sells a health plan. Now the company is searching a new way to communicate with the doctors by the mobile. We are just in the beginning of this new kind of communication, many things will be discovered but now is the time to start using this technology as a way of marketing action.
